Staying at Amnaya Resort Kuta was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Mbak Widi and Aussie, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious junior suite room with a beautiful balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. the breakfast offered was delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty dishes. The hotel exudes a charming boutique vibe with its rustic yet modern decor, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. the convenient room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall excellent service provided by the well-trained staff. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the use of glass jugs for complimentary water instead of plastic bottles, aligning perfectly with my eco-friendly values as a marine biologist. The peaceful atmosphere of the resort, surrounded by lush vegetation, provided a serene escape from the bustling streets of Kuta. the unique combination of traditional Balinese elements and modern design in the Sukun Restaurant created a truly immersive dining experience. the Alaya Resort Kuta's commitment to sustainability and genuine hospitality truly resonated with me, and I highly recommend this haven of relaxation for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Bali.
